Job description:
Mainly engaged in the research and development of servo and rudder system grasping structures, responsible for user coordination of servo systems, formulation of overall plans, development of control strategies, system debugging, and field services. Responsible for the design and development of electric servos, electromechanical servos, and hydraulic servos, responsible for the design and selection of transmission mechanisms such as gear drives, worm gears, ball screws, and harmonic reducers, responsible for the design and selection of motors, sensors, pumps, and valves, and responsible for system simulation calculations.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for communicating with users, conducting preliminary design, and decomposing individual tasks;
2) Responsible for developing system solutions and software, hardware, and control strategies based on user needs;
3) Responsible for the design and selection of internal and external mechanical and electrical interfaces, and cooperating with electrical for structural design;
4) Responsible for the integrated design or selection of servos, servo mechanisms, and transmission devices;
5) Responsible for the design, drawing and related design documents of servos and servo mechanisms, and conducting corresponding review and recalculation;
6) Responsible for the preparation of servo motors, servo mechanisms, and system process documents, as well as production tracking;
7) Responsible for proposing outsourcing tasks or tracking the production of parts;
8) Responsible for institutional debugging, coordinating system debugging, and conducting product improvement iterations;
9) Responsible for writing and archiving technical documents during the quality system design and development process;
10) Responsible for resolving technical issues related to product production and engineering applications, as well as providing technical services to users.
Job requirements:
1) Mechanical engineering, mechanical electronics, fluid transmission and control, electrical engineering, automation and other related majors;
2) Master the theories of control principles, mechanical principles, mechanical design, material mechanics, etc., familiar with the working principles, structural forms, structural principles, and mechanical calculations of commonly used mechanical and fluid transmission in mechanical and hydraulic products, and familiar with motor control principles;
3) Proficient in 2D and 3D design software such as Pro/E, AutoCAD, Ansys, and static analysis software, able to use system simulation analysis software;
4) Proficient in designing and selecting gears, worm gears, planetary gear reducers, ball screws, and harmonic reducers, with the ability to calculate reduction ratios, transmission efficiency, and system stiffness;
5) Engaged in the design of linear and rotary transmission devices, with a clear understanding of the advantages, disadvantages, and adaptability of different types of transmission mechanisms;
6) Familiar with dimension chain calculation, proficient in using relevant software for strength analysis and dynamic analysis of transmission mechanisms, able to use software tools for reliability analysis and calculation of mechanical structures;
7) Familiar with the properties, processing performance, process methods, heat treatment methods, and surface treatment methods of commonly used metal materials;
8) Familiar with the properties and processing performance, application scope, aging, modification and other properties of commonly used non-metallic materials;
9) Assembly process documents can be prepared according to the drawings;
10) Have good ability to write requirement documents and design documents;
11) Applicants with a bachelor's degree or above from the unified recruitment program, aged no more than 35 years old, and with experience working in military enterprises are preferred.
